Charlies.Venues LLC and/or its performers and/or SomeSinger's Diary reserve the right to use event-related media for promotional,archival, creative, website, social media, booking, portfolio, marketing, orbusiness purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law and venue rules.

Charlies.Venues LLC and/or its performers and/or SomeSinger's Diary are not responsible for photos, videos, recordings,livestreams, posts, tags, or shares created or distributed by venues, audiencemembers, media, or other third parties.

For private, staged, testimonial, commercial, orindividually identifiable uses that require a written release, separate writtenconsent or media-release terms may apply. Confirmed performances may be subjectto separate booking terms provided at the time of confirmation.

27. Affiliate, Referral, or Sponsored Link Data

If affiliate links, referral links, sponsored links, paidpartnerships, or promotional relationships are used in the future, third-partyplatforms may collect information when you click those links or interact withthose offers.
